WARRANTY
Warranty: Planeta Verde Reforestación S.A. ("PVR"),
operating as co2tropicaltrees.com, or its contracted affiliates, will not sell carbon credits sold under the co2tropicaltrees.com windshield decal and bumper sticker program a second time. All carbon credits generated from the tree planting of tropical trees under the co2tropicaltrees.com program will be considered to have been used and sold in the voluntary carbon credit market, and can therefore never be re-sold. This warranty applies to all tropical trees planted by PVR, operating as co2tropicaltrees.com, or its contracted affiliates, for which payment has been received pursuant to the co2tropicaltrees.com program.

Stickers: The co2tropicaltrees.com windshield decals or bumper stickers supplied to customers are printed on appropriate material, in order to last one year from date of purchase.
Obligation: PVR is obligated to plant and maintain either 25 or 250 tropical trees for 10 years, depending on the type of co2tropical trees.com windshield decal and bumper sticker purchased by a customer.
Ownership: The ownership of the tropical trees remains with PVR, or with PVR’s contracted affiliates. The purchase of the co2tropicaltrees.com windshield decals and bumper stickers creates no claims against the lands on which tropical trees are grown, or the tropical trees themselves. The purchase of the windshield decals and bumper stickers creates no claims against fruits or other by-products from the tropical trees. The purchase is a method of making a purchaser’s vehicle or for the vehicles in an owner’s fleet carbon neutral.
Acts of God: PVR cannot guarantee that all 25 or 250 tropical trees planted upon a customer’s purchase will survive for 10 years, or that they will not be cut down after 10 years. However, PVR will make every reasonable effort to maintain and care for the tropical trees it plants under the co2tropicaltrees.com program, and to plant replacement trees when so required to ensure that a customer’s vehicle remains carbon neutral. PVR is not responsible for acts of God, like forest fires, diseases, infestations, droughts, floods or storms.
Fraud: All co2tropicaltrees.com windshield decals have a recorded serial number. PVR’s warranty policy does not apply to windshield decals or bumper stickers that have been copied without authorization, or which are fraudulent. PVR will take legal action for any unauthorized violation of its tree planting based products or services.
